Account Security
The real 999tk site address is always 999tk.bar — verify this in your browser's address bar. Fake sites often use similar-looking names like "999tk-login.com" or "999tk-bd.net". Instead of clicking suspicious links, type the address directly into your browser and bookmark the page. If you have any doubts, inform our support team immediately.
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, change your password as quickly as possible and contact us via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will review the account and temporarily secure it if necessary. Never share your login details with anyone.
OTP (One-Time Password) and mobile banking PINs are completely personal information. No 999tk staff member will ever ask for this information over the phone or in chat. If anyone asks for them, they are a fraudster. Sharing your PIN or OTP can put both your account and your money at risk — so stay fully alert on this matter.
Yes. 999tk uses full SSL encryption technology, which keeps your personal information and financial transactions secure. If you see a padlock icon in your browser's address bar, you can tell the connection is safe. We place the highest importance on fair play and data protection.
Use a password of at least 8–12 characters that combines uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, !). Do not use your date of birth or phone number as a password. It is best not to use your 999tk password on any other site.

Yes, absolutely. 999tk is fully mobile-friendly. On any Android or iOS smartphone, you can open 999tk.bar in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and play directly. No separate app download is needed. The site automatically adjusts to fit your screen size.
999tk works well on Android (6.0 or above) and iOS (13 or above) smartphones and tablets. It also runs equally well on Windows and macOS desktops in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari browsers. For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version.

First check your internet connection. Then clear your browser cache and reload the page. If the problem persists, try a different browser or network (for example, Wi-Fi instead of mobile data). If the issue continues after that, let us know via live chat — we will resolve it quickly.
VIP Program
Cashback is calculated each week based on your total wagers. At the Bronze level you can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, at Silver up to 0.5%, and at Gold up to 0.8%. Cashback is credited directly to your account and there are no separate conditions to meet in order to use it.
Your level improves through regular gameplay and sufficient activity. The more you play, the faster you reach the next level. Rather than specific turnover thresholds, your overall gaming activity is the basis for level changes — so staying active every day is the best way to progress toward Gold.
VIP members enjoy special offers, faster withdrawal processing, and priority customer service in addition to weekly cashback. The higher the level, the greater the benefits. Members who reach Gold level receive the highest benefits and a personalised experience.
999tk has three VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). New members start at Bronze level and move up based on their activity.
Weekly cashback is generally calculated at the end of each week's set cycle and credited to your account automatically. For more details on the exact timing of cashback, you can ask our live chat.
How to Deposit Money
The minimum deposit on 999tk is just ৳100 for every payment method. That means whether it is bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, you can get started with just ৳100. This is particularly convenient for new players.
After logging in to 999tk, go to the deposit page and select Nagad. Enter the deposit amount (minimum ৳100) and send money to the 999tk Nagad number shown on screen. Once the payment is confirmed, the money will be added to your account quickly. Keep the transaction ID saved.
999tk does not impose any fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking service (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply its own service charge for sending money, as per that company's policy. Please check your mobile banking service's terms and conditions for this.
999tk currently supports five deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit for all methods is ৳100.
Deposits are usually processed quickly. If the money has not arrived after a while, check whether the transaction was confirmed in your mobile banking app. Then contact us via live chat or at [email protected] with that transaction ID. Our team will verify and resolve the matter quickly.
Yes! A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement is just 15x — and it is calculated only on the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,000 bonus, you only need to place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw your bonus winnings.
