999tk Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

1.1 Scope of Agreement

999tk ("we", "platform") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various types of gaming entertainment for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 999tk on one side and the platform user ("user", "you") on the other.

1.2 Proof of Consent

By accessing this website, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.3 Language

These Terms are originally written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming service on 999tk, you must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.

2.2 Identity Verification

999tk reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card or other government-issued identification for verification. The platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts from the same IP address by people outside the same household is prohibited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of the account.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 999tk support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

It is your responsibility to update your contact details or other personal information in your account profile whenever they change. 999tk will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for transactions on 999tk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, payment is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Ownership of Transactions

Withdrawals will be sent to the same account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 999tk reserves the right to suspend transactions if fraud or suspicious activity is detected in any financial transaction.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Direct transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus is given only once per account.
• If multiple accounts or the same person attempts to claim a bonus using different details, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• 999tk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 Promotional Offers

Other promotional offers, including the VIP program, have their own terms and conditions which will be stated separately with each offer. Those terms will also be considered part of these main Terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless it was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error on the platform. All bets are recorded on 999tk servers and the server record is final.

6.2 Determining Results

For sports betting, settlement is made after the official result is announced. For bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and any other sport, the official result from the relevant international governing body will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network disconnection, 999tk will review the situation and attempt to provide the fairest possible resolution. 999tk is not obligated to provide compensation for issues caused by external factors.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999tk:

• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution of the platform's content or code.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

999tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action may be taken specifically for violations of the Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. All outstanding matters will be settled before the account is closed. Bonus balances will not be refunded after account closure; only actual winnings for which wagering requirements have been met may be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

10.2 Service Continuity

999tk makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of its service, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. The platform is not obligated to provide compensation for losses caused by such interruptions.

10.3 Third-Party Links

11. Changes to Terms
